Hello! My name is Alex. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Therapist.

I specialize in working with individuals of various backgrounds with a focus on trauma, sexuality/asexuality, gender, neurodivergence, and consensual non-monogamy. My clients often seek therapy to find belonging, process trauma, explore identities, and unpack relational patterns.

I'm passionate about helping clients release trauma from the body, explore identity development, and uncover their authentic selves. I also provide gender-affirming support — including letters for hormones or surgery — and a space to move at your own pace.

My approach is supportive, direct, and affirming. I treat every client as an individual — not a diagnosis.
